Airports and pick-up
Transfers from Istanbul’s main airports are arranged around your flight. A driver meets you on arrival, and you travel privately to your hotel — with your coordinator’s number to hand the whole time, so a delay or a change of plan is never a problem.
What to know
- Meeting point. How you find your driver — a name board at arrivals or a WhatsApp coordination — is confirmed before you land.
- Delayed or night flights. Your pick-up is arranged around your actual arrival time; a late or delayed flight is planned for, not penalised.
- Every leg covered. Airport → hotel → clinic → hotel → airport transfers are set out clearly, so you are not arranging your own way anywhere.
- Companion transfers, where applicable, are included in the same arrangement.
- Return journey. Your pick-up time for the flight home is agreed in advance, with time to spare.
The exact airports, vehicle and full list of transfers are confirmed in your written plan, along with a 24-hour coordinator number. If anything about your flight changes, you have someone to call — that is the point of a proper transfer service, far more than the word “VIP.”
