You are not handed between strangers: your assessment, your written plan, your hotel, your transfers and your aftercare are coordinated by people who already know your case. Everything is confirmed in writing before you leave home, so there are no surprises on arrival.
Where your treatment happens
Your procedure is carried out at Acıbadem — an accredited private hospital in Istanbul, part of a JCI-accredited group — under the supervision of a physician. Your suitability is reviewed by a physician before anything is booked, and if a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you. Treatment takes place in a proper hospital environment, not an unregulated day-clinic.
An English-speaking team
Our patient team works in English, and where you need it, interpreting is arranged so nothing about your care or consent is lost in translation. You always have a coordinator you can reach.
You are not on your own afterwards
Aftercare does not end at the airport. You leave with clear instructions and a point of contact, and your recovery is followed for twelve months with remote check-ins — see your 12-month aftercare for how that works.
